About Yosri Gam

I've been involved in sports and movement for most of my life. It started with karate as a kid, then moved into athletics and competitive football — years of training that built a real foundation in speed, endurance, power, and how to perform as part of a team. From there, I went deeper into combat sports. I hold a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, have advanced kickboxing skills, and co-train at brown belt level. I've also trained in Muay Thai, which has added another dimension to how I understand movement, timing, and body control. On the fitness coaching side, I run functional fitness, HIIT, circuit, interval, and kettlebell sessions. I focus on keeping things high-energy and adaptable — whether you're just starting out or already experienced — and I never compromise on technique and safety. I'm currently working toward my Trainer License B.
