Beginners
I'm new to fitness. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Our events are designed for all fitness levels. Our trainers provide modifications for every exercise, so beginners can participate safely while more advanced participants can challenge themselves.
What should I bring to my first event?
Each event has a specific checklist, but generally bring: a water bottle, towel, comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, and a positive attitude! Check the event details page for specific requirements.

Who can attend Harissa Fit Club events?
Anyone over 18 who is ready to have fun and challenge themselves physically can join. Our events cater to all fitness levels with modifications available for beginners.
What types of events do you host?
We host a variety of events, including:
High-energy group workouts
Functional fitness challenges
Strength and endurance competitions
Community fitness meetups and social events
What are recurring workouts?
Recurring workouts are regular sessions that happen on a set schedule (e.g., every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM). You can register for multiple sessions at once and choose which dates you want to attend.
What is the difference between free and paid events?
Free events require no payment - just register and show up! Paid events have a registration fee. Both types of events award Chili Points when you check in and attend.
How do I check in to an event?
On the day of the event, you can check in using the QR code provided at the event location. Simply scan the QR code with your phone while logged into your account. Check-in is only available on the day of the event.

Harissa Fit Club is a community-focused fitness platform that hosts exciting and challenging fitness events designed to inspire, motivate, and bring people together.
Do I need to create an account to attend events?
Yes, you need to create a free member account to register for events. You can sign up using your email or connect with Google or Facebook for quick registration.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy for events?
You can cancel your registration if payment has not been completed. For paid events, cancellations and refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event date. All refunds are issued as event coupons/vouchers that can be used toward future event registrations. Contact support for assistance with completed payments.
Registration
How do I sign up for an event?
Visit our Events page on the website, choose the event you're interested in, and register online. Spots are limited, so we recommend signing up early!
Can I cancel my event registration?
You can cancel your registration if payment has not been completed. Once payment is completed, please contact our support team for assistance with cancellations or refunds.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for event registrations and product purchases. You can also reserve your spot and pay later, but payment must be completed before you can check in to the event.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellation and refund requests should be made at least 48 hours before the event date. All refunds are issued as event coupons/vouchers that can be used toward future event registrations, rather than cash refunds. Refund coupons have no expiration date and can be applied to any future event. Contact support for assistance with refund requests.
Rewards
What are Chili Points, and how do they work?
Chili Points are our rewards system! Members earn points by attending classes, completing challenges, and participating in events. Points can be redeemed for merchandise, discounts, or exclusive training sessions.
How do I earn Chili Points?
You earn Chili Points by:
• Attending and checking in to events
• Making purchases in our shop
• Completing challenges
• Participating in special promotions
Points are automatically added to your account when you check in to events or complete qualifying activities.
How do I redeem my Chili Points?
Visit your dashboard's Rewards section to browse available perks. When you find something you like, click "Redeem" if you have enough points. You'll receive a redemption code that you can use as a discount code during checkout.
What are Chili Badges?
Chili Badges are achievement awards you earn by reaching milestones like attending a certain number of events, maintaining attendance streaks, or earning specific amounts of points. Collect badges to show off your fitness journey!
What are Chili Levels?
Chili Levels represent your progress in the Harissa community. As you earn more points, you level up from Newcomer to Mild, Spicy, Hot, and eventually Inferno status. Higher levels unlock exclusive perks and recognition!
Shop
Do you sell merchandise?
Yes! Visit our Shop to browse Harissa Fit Club branded apparel, accessories, and fitness equipment. All purchases earn you Chili Points, and you can use your points to get discounts on merchandise.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can view all your orders and their status in your dashboard under the Orders section.
