I’m a fitness trainer and social media manager with over 10 years of strength training experience and a strong love for mixing it with endurance sports like running and indoor cycling.
In 2025, I completed my first HYROX races and I’m always chasing the next challenge.
My passion lies in contrast training, combining dynamic movements with heavy lifts, balanced by proper mobility and recovery.
